⚠️ Important Information

Exchanges are not available during private sales and sales periods.

1. Return and Exchange Conditions

The product must be returned within 14 clear days from the date of shipment:

  • In its original packaging,
  • In perfect condition, complete (with accessories, tags, etc.),
  • Accompanied by the return form or delivery note (downloadable from your account).

We reserve the right to refuse your return and cancel the refund if these conditions are not met.

2. How to Make a Return?

FOR FRANCE

✅ FREE Returns and Exchanges
  1. Log in to your customer account, section "Request a return/exchange".
  2. Select the products.
    • For a refund: indicate the reason.
    • For an exchange: note the desired size/color in the comment box.
  3. After validation by our team (24-48h), you will receive the prepaid Colissimo label by email.
  4. Print the return form, put it in the package, and attach the shipping label.
  5. Drop off the package at a Post Office or Pick-up Point.

Original shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned.

EUROPE & WORLDWIDE

⚠️ Return costs at your expense

No exchanges possible (refund only).

  1. Log in to your customer account, section "Request a return".
  2. Select the products and validate.
  3. Wait for the confirmation email (24-48h).
  4. Print the return form and put it in the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address below using the carrier of your choice (keep the proof of deposit).

3. Refund Methods and Timeframes

Once your package is received and checked, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refund Choice:

  • Bank Refund: Within 7 to 20 days via the payment method used for purchase.
  • Voucher (Credit): Valid for 1 year, usable immediately on the site.
💡 Payment via E-Credit Card or expired card?
Please send us your Bank Details (IBAN/BIC) by email quickly. Without details within 7 days, the refund will automatically be generated as a voucher.
