I cannot access my account

Make sure you have entered the correct credentials (email and password).
If you registered via Facebook, simply click the "Login via Facebook" button.

I cannot reset my password

Click on "Forgot password" and enter your registration email. You will receive a reset link.
Note: Please check your Spam/Junk folder.

Unsubscribe from the newsletter

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each newsletter.
Important: Do not mark our emails as SPAM, otherwise you will no longer receive your order confirmations.

Contact our customer service. Warning: upon deletion, your invoice history and loyalty points will be permanently lost.

2. Order

Place an order

  1. Log in or create an account.
  2. Add your items to the cart.
  3. Validate the cart and choose delivery (Home or Pick-up Point).
  4. Make the payment (Credit Card or PayPal).
  5. You will receive a confirmation email instantly.

Modifications & Cancellations

  • Modify a validated order: Impossible (size, add/remove). You must cancel it and order again.
  • Cancel an order: Contact us immediately. If the status is "In preparation", we can cancel and refund it. If shipped, it is too late.
  • Change address: Contact us BEFORE shipping.

Order by phone: For banking security reasons, we do not accept orders over the phone.

Out of stock item: If an item in your order is out of stock, we ship the rest and automatically refund the missing item.

Shipping within 24 business hours. (During sales: 2 to 10 days).

4. Returns & Refunds

⚠️ SALES & Private Sales Period

Returns are at the customer's expense.
No exchanges possible on sale items (refund only).

Standard Procedure (Excluding Sales - France)

You have 15 days to return your items.

  1. Put the delivery note in the package.
  2. Attach the provided prepaid Colissimo label. (Keep the proof of deposit!).
  3. Drop off the package at the Post Office.

Exchange Conditions & Defects

Exchange: Indicate the desired size on the return form. We will ship the exchange upon receipt (subject to stock). Warning: the exchanged item cannot be refunded afterwards.

Defective item: Contact customer service or indicate it on the return form for an exchange or refund.

Refund

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 days after receiving the return.

  • Bank Refund: To the card used for payment.
  • Voucher: Valid for 6 months (sent by email).

5. Loyalty Program

How to use my points?

Points are validated 14 days after receiving your order.

  1. Go to "My Account > My Loyalty Points".
  2. Click on "Transform my points".
  3. A promo code (e.g., FID1234) will be created.
  4. Use this code in your cart.
