All our orders are dispatched within 24 hours after validation. During sales or promotions, shipping times may be slightly longer (between 2 and 10 business days). All orders made after 2 pm can be processed the next day. Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will provide you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your package online. We can't group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each one.The indicated deadlines are the delays announced by our carriers, in working days except periods of balances.
You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your package, to send us a request for return.
The shipping cost is on your charge.
Log on to your customer area, "Request a return/exchange" section. Click on "Details - Return - Exchange" of the order concerned.
In the dedicated area, select the product (s) to return, enter your reason for return and confirm your request.
After processing your request, the confirmation will be sent to you by email within 24-48 hours with the return form, following the opening time of the customer service. (It's open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, except Friday from 9am5pm.)
