You have a period of 100 days after receipt of your package, to send us a request for return.
The shipping cost is on your charge.
- Log on to your customer area, "Request a return/exchange" section. Click on "Details - Return - Exchange" of the order concerned.
- In the dedicated area, select the product (s) to return, enter your reason for return and confirm your request.
- After processing your request, the confirmation will be sent to you by email within 24-48 hours with the return form, following the opening time of the customer service. (It's open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, except Friday from 9am 5pm.)
- Add the return number into your package.

- Keep the proof of shipping. Upon receipt of your package, you will receive the confirmation of refund.
The shipping costs of your order (5€) will be refunded only in case of return of all products.
