What are the conditions of return?
The product must be returned within 14 days from the dispatch of the order:
• In its original packaging,
• In perfect condition, complete (that is to say with accessories, labels, etc.),
• Accompanied by the return slip or the delivery note, downloadable from your account.
We reserve the right to refuse your return and cancel the refund if the return conditions are not respected.
How to make a return?
Europe & monde
Return costs are your responsibility. The exchanges are only available for France.
1. Log in to your customer area, under "Request a return / exchange". Click on "Details - Return - Exchange" of the order concerned.
2. In the dedicated area, select the product (s) to return, enter your reason for return and confirm your request.
3. After examination, the confirmation will be sent to you by email within 24-48 hours, following the hours of the service SAV web. (It is open Monday to Friday from 8h to 17h, except Friday from 9h to 17h).
4. Write the number on the delivery slip. Slip it into your package. Keep your proof of sending.
